Rather, it refers to a time-honored tea brewing method as well as pure teas crafted through traditional techniques. My hometown is the birthplace of Gongfu Tea, an esteemed intangible cultural heritage. Gongfu Tea emphasizes not merely the tea itself, but a way of life embodied by the values: Elegant, Profound, Confident, Affluent. This is the very philosophy Chaliland strives to convey to you. Despite our national differences, our aspiration for a better life unites us all.

As our loyal followers are aware, Chaliland primarily conducts live-stream sales on TikTok. We owe you a sincere apology for the frequent stock shortages we have experienced. When we first embarked on this tea journey, we never anticipated receiving such an outpouring of love from tea lovers like you. Moving forward, we will increase our investment and lease additional tea plantations to boost our production capacity and meet the growing demand.

Production volume will rise, but product quality will never be compromised. This is my solemn promise, and it is also the cornerstone of Chaliland’s survival: delivering superior products and exceptional services to earn your recognition and trust.

Beyond premium Chinese Gongfu Tea, Chaliland also offers a diverse range of Chinese porcelain and tea wares. Every item undergoes rigorous inspection and quality control to ensure its excellent craftsmanship and durability.

In the event that you receive any damaged goods, please contact us promptly. We will spare no effort to provide a comprehensive after-sales solution and safeguard your legitimate rights and interests. Currently, our logistics services are provided by USPS, as designated by the platform. While we ensure all products are intact upon dispatch, there exists a small probability of damage during transit due to rough handling by couriers. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
