Gaiwan is a type of traditional Chinese tea set. It consists of three parts: lid, bowl, and holder (dish), so it is also called the "Three Talents Bowl" (the lid is the sky, the holder is the earth, and the bowl is the human being, symbolizing the unity of heaven, earth, and man). It combines the functions of brewing and drinking tea, and is widely used in tea art and daily life.
