Get ready for some roasting fun!
Made from premium Narcissus tea leaves from China's Wuyi Mountains, these teas are roasted three times on litchi charcoal and once slowly. This makes the tea less bitter, more mellow, more restrained, and more woody or jujube-like. Even so, the aroma is still clearly visible: fresh, clean, and sweet.
Each roasting requires careful observation to ensure that the tea leaves do not burn. Due to the long roasting time and the need to rest between roasts, it takes a full month to make a small batch of this tea, from picking to roasting to packaging the finished product.
If you are a hardcore oolong tea lover looking for something you have never tried before, this tea is definitely the one for you!

Wuyi Narcissus, as a treasure among Chinese oolong teas, is one of the important representatives of Wuyi rock tea. Narcissus tea trees can reach 3 meters in height. The picking period of spring tea is 7-10 days later than other rock teas, and theanine must be fully accumulated after the Grain Rain.
Aged Narcissus will transform into woody fragrance and lotus leaf fragrance, so there is an old saying in Wuyi: "No tea richer than Narcissus, none more fragrant than Rougui."
Wuyi Narcissus Tea Tree Forest
Wuyi Mountain's unique climate and environment cannot be simulated by modern greenhouse technology. In particular, the three characteristics of temperature difference between day and night, length of foggy days, and frequency of alternating dry and wet seasons make Wuyi Narcissus even more unique.
Jade Peak Reserve tells you:
This tea was held as a private stash, but we have now decided to share it with our fellow tea lovers. As you might expect, this wonderful Narcissus oolong tea offers everything that one looks for in a narcissus. Besides being very floral, smooth and fruity, what stands out more is its full-body and strong huigan, with a sweet aftertaste and a mouth full of saliva producing a lingering flavor. It can sustain many steepings. It is indeed a oolong tea lover's wonderland.

VALUE AND QUALITY
Jade Peak Reserve started because us realized the quality and value of the tea directly from the tea markets and mountains in Asia was so much higher than what could be easily found in the States -- and around the world.
These teas are high quality and can be re-steeped multiple times! Each time you drink tea, you only need to put 5-6g of tea leaves, which can be brewed 7-10 times. On average, each cup of tea costs only $0.2, which is much lower than the price of a cup of coffee. You get top quality Chinese teas at a price that you can enjoy every day.
NOT JUST TEA, TEA CULTURE
Jade Peak Reserve believes the key to making good tea is to help his Chinese tea friends share not just their best teas, but the best ways to make the teas.
How to make a perfect cup of tea
How to make the perfect glass of iced tea
1.Tea to water ratio: 1:80 (e.g. 5g tea + 400ml/13oz cold water)
Container: glass bottle (avoid metal container to absorb aroma)
2.Extraction:
→ Refrigerate for 8-12 hours (4℃/39℉)
→ Shake the bottle gently every 2 hours to promote flavor penetration
3.Filter: Use a 200-mesh filter to remove tea hairs
4.Enhance flavor (choose one):
Rock and mineral special: +2 drops of wild honey
Fruit version: +1 freeze-dried yellow peach (do not brew with tea, add when drinking)
Flavor characteristics: soup color light amber, clear orchid fragrance, refreshing throat rhyme like mint leaves
Solution to the matching problem
Problem Phenomenon | Cause Analysis | Solution |
Bitterness becomes prominent after cooling | Catechin polymerizes at low temperature | Wash the tea with 40℃/104℉ warm water for 5 seconds before brewing |
Dull aroma | Full-fire tea has less volatile substances | Matched with grapefruit salt (1:3) |
The tea soup is turbid | Pectin precipitates at low temperature | Add 0.5% agar powder to clarify before filtering |
